Everyone and anyone. There is no minimum age limit. We do ask that children under 12 be accompanied by an adult. We have bobskates available to hire (think of them as stabilisers on a bike but for ice skates) for the little ones who do not fit into hire skates.

WHERE CAN I STORE MY LUGGAGE WHILE I SKATE?

We will have lockers to store bags and shopping whilst you skate. £1 per Locker.

WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE FOR OUR SESSION?

Please allow plenty of time to store your belongings and get your equipment ready for your session. We will have loads of people wanting to get their skates on and off, so we advise at least 30 minutes during busy periods. You are also welcome to make time for a hot chocolate or a mulled wine before you hit the ice!

how do i reserve the skate aids?

Our tailor made skate aid, ‘sled’ will be available for £5 a session again this year. Children can either sit on the skate aid and have a parent push them, or they can push it themselves to be more independent but stabilised during their skate. Limited availability, must be ordered in advance online to guarantee use.

I'M NOT TOTALLY SURE WHERE THE ICE RINK IS?

No problem. Bath on Ice is located just by Victoria Park and Bath’s iconic Royal Crescent, a short walk from the City Centre.  Royal Pavilion, Royal Victoria Park, Bath, BA1 2NR

IT'S RAINING! AAAAH! WHAT DO WE DO?

Not to worry! Rain creates better and smoother ice. We are an outdoor attraction operating in winter so you need to think about what you are going to wear. The rink is operable in nearly all weather conditions (barring a blizzard). No refunds will be given out due to undesirable weather. If we decide that skating is not suitable then we will offer alternative sessions.

what can i do if i don't want to skate?

Not a problem. Our Alpine Skate Bar ‘Moguls’ will be offering a great range of festive drinks, delicious pizzas, hot churros and delicious hot dogs. Spectators are, of course, also welcome to watch and support friends and family! Why not snap some photos and videos and tag us on instagram @bathonice !
