Getting Here

bringing ice skating

to the city centre of Bath!

Set in the beautiful Royal Victoria Park we are located directly below one of Bath’s most famous landmarks: the Royal Crescent.

Our address is:

Bath on Ice,
Royal Pavilion,
Royal Avenue,
Royal Victoria Park,

Bath is a small and easily walkable city; here are some landmarks that you can relate to:

  • Bath Abbey and
    Bath Christmas Markets:
    7 mins
  • Milsom Street: 2 mins
(main shopping street and park & ride drop off point)
  • Train and Bus station: 10 mins
  • Southgate shopping centre: 9 mins

Driving & Parking

If you are driving into Bath during Christmas time we would recommend using one of the park and ride services as parking is tricky around Christmas. The two nearest park and ride drop off points to us are:

  1. Queen Square:

Simply walk up Gay Street, turn left into Queens Parade Place, through the archways into the park and we are just there on the left.

  2. Milsom Street:

Up to the top and turn left onto George Street and then left down Gay Street and again into Queens Parade Place.

Both of these park and ride sites are a mere 2 minutes’ walk from the ice rink.

Located just next door to our site is Charlotte Street car park, Bath’s largest daily car park. If this is full, we would advise trying the large Southgate car park underneath the shopping area in the centre of town. Parking is also possible throughout Royal Victoria Park although do make sure you allow plenty of time before your skating session.

Public Transport

Trains to Bath Spa station and all local and national buses will arrive at the bottom end of town. It is an easy pleasant stroll from either station (bus and train station are on the same road) up through the shopping streets towards us in the park at the top end of town.
